Erik Mona has been the editor-in-chief of Dragon magazine since 2004 and Dungeon magazine from 2004 to 2006; both magazines are published by Paizo Publishing until the license through Wizards of the Coast expires in September 2007. Mona has edited, authored, and co-authored several products for the Dungeons & Dragons roleplaying game, including the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer, Faiths and Pantheons, and Armies of the Abyss. He is also the former editor of the Oerth Journal, an online publication devoted to the World of Greyhawk campaign setting. His latest project is Fiendish Codex I: Hordes of the Abyss, with fellow Paizo editor James Jacobs. His next project will be Expedition to the Ruins of Greyhawk, due out in August 2007, with James Jacobs and Jason Bulmahn.
He maintains a blog, the Analytical Engine, and lives in Seattle, Washington. He was recently named head publisher for Paizo.
